Some of the cutbacks and layoffs are hard to keep dealing with, but we’ve had it pretty good. Hard to find some of the things we have/had in the “real world.”

I beg to differ... the atmosphere at Enbridge has gone steadily downhill over the last couple of years. Morale is incredibly low, and many of the people I know there are VERY stressed. They keep laying people off, and just expecting the ones who are left to pick up the slack... and very little concern is given about people's stress level or mental well-being when this happens. I recently chose to leave Enbridge of my own accord for a new position, and I can genuinely say that its the best decision I ever made for myself. Its amazing how that level of stress starts to affect every area of your life.
