Walmart is one of the few places that will hire old people. The problem is people being there 20-30 years getting paid well while younger people out working them getting crap. One of the reasons co-managers are being fired is because they are over paid when an asst manager could do it...

Sorry not where I work. The younger workers are to busy with their phones to know what work is. The older generation started out making alot less and after 20 or 30 years deserve to be making a decent living. I'm sure you're young and think you work hard.
Well, to the OP here, you're clearly young and still think you know everything. It'd be great to catch up with you on what ever job you're on when this age profiling happens to you---and it will----and see how your attitudes are then.
The one thing you said I agree with is about the over pad co managers. That's all needed trimmed up for years.
this is true - i do not think we age discriminate in stores... not sure about the HO
