I guess Sam's Club is really showing its true face.
My wife, who has been with the company for over fifteen years has been laid off today. Never written up, no complaints made against her by her superiors or those she managed, customers loved her...
But I guess things like those don't matter to Sam's Club anymore. What a sad, pathetic place it has become.
Did this to my mom too same, no coachings, good evaluations, good with the employees and customers she was employed for 16 years, she is devastated and the only answer she got was her talent profile and evaluations. A lame excused especially since she has done everything but being a Club manager which I know she could probably done that too. Just a poor shame for a company that says they care about their employees
With the same store 19 years and they shut us down with no warning. They have their own agenda
Did your wife make more than the cap for managers? I hear they may be taking the most expensive managers if there aren't any in the club with bad evals and coachings.
same here my friend, my wife and i both worked for sams for 11 years. We were laid off too.
