T -8 hours until I find out if I get to keep my job or not

Our club had good visits, I had no coachings and good evaluations. I was let go
You must have no fresh management experience! 2 managers and 3 teamleaders is nothing to what fresh produces. We do not just drop a pallet to the floor and stick it in a spot. As far as associates go we hardly have enough to get the job done, oh, I do not care how good your people are, as a fresh manager if you get your 2 days off and only work 10 hours a day as scheduled, the job is not getting done. Fresh manager is the hardest position in the club. Take it from someone who has worked in every management position in the club. NO MANAGEMENT POSITION COMPARED TO FRESH!!!!!
I was the ap. I got displaced today. I have 60 days off fully paid to find a job within the company. I can step down to hourly as long as it’s not in the same building. Personally, I think this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I have time to reflect. If I leave the company, then I get my full severance. Which will allow me to live comfortably the rest of the year. This is probably the push I needed to get away from the crap they put us through. Now I’m looking at 40 hours a week making almost as much as I was. Not a bad deal

Please let us know so we will know how accurate the first reply was. Its bs so much is thrown on overnight mgr and no where close to how many people they need to get it all done. My overnight manager works 7 nights a week sometimes just to get things finished. But I guess thats what it takes to keep his job but is it worth it.

If you have more than 2 coachings or if you club always had bad visits you may be gone. If you have no coachings and visits were good you should be ok. What is your title? Overnight seems to be the least that get replaced because no one wants that position. Who can blame them. Apparently fresh is the place to be. 2 mgrs 3 team leads and a crap load of workers for about 20% of club sales.
