How far away can they make an ASM travel if that's the only option?

I’ve heard of one assistant being told to move two states over. And I’m not saying Connecticut to Rhode island either. Much further.

It well over 50 or 60 miles. One of my ASMs was asked to move 250miles away. And he has to take it or be displaced
This will be a temporary job .You will be gone in a few years.
