Was waiting for separate package several times, but company wants me to work here. I dont. See no future after all actions management made last couple of years. Freshly hired ICs (promoted interns) are incompetent, higher level management are all dumbheads with MBA diplomas... want to optimise processes while simple ones not working (supply, warranty)

We are at too of cycle. Layoffs all over the map. Run hard, Murthy recently said I CEO confrence Intel over staffed by 25%.
Focal is broken. Tool is good. But can be misused when calibration happens above 1 level without transparency from level2 mgrs.

If you were smart, you'd have transferred into IT or Finance with most people reductions. Then left Intel with package.
