That's what they should do. The folks that got laid off are the real winners here, they get a nice severance and a new start outside of this sh--hole company. The losers are those of us left behind to keep up the culture masquerade. I would volunteer in a heartbeat to take a severance and move on. Congrats on those who got the severance, maybe it will be me next time.

Agreed. Keeping my job is far worse than receiving a severance check and moving on with my life. Instead, we are stuck trying to pick up the pieces.
