Beginning of the end around here. We have followed every direction of leadership and changed faster than anyone thought possible. And the company is still failing. But the rank and file take the fall. Any execs or the dozens of VP’s take a hit? They are the ones making these calls right? Oh yeah it’s the employees who have to take the cuts to pay for your bonus and stock grants that we saw you receive. It’s the low paid who no longer get any perks but you still get your “deferred 401k” for the high paid. How bout we dump that expense and focus on getting oil out of the ground. Yeah we won’t cut anything that hurts the elite. So much for leadership, it’s been almost a year since anyone has seen the ceo, he still work here? Evp’s? Keep draining the accounts into your pockets on the backs of those that are doing your bidding. Haven’t seen one move that is moving the needle for this company. Maybe the Culture issue is the result of poor leadership and not employees attitudes? Hmmmm

GTFOH with your entitled a$$. The so-called "dead weight" worked their a$$es off and carried the company through "transformation." I, for one, am greatful to them for helping the company exist long enough for me to have a job here. If your team wasn't decimated like mine, lucky you. Just know that when the highest, or should i say ONLY, bidder comes calling, you better be ready to move to Houston, IF YOU'RE EVEN OFFERED, because that "dead weight" will have taken the last remaining O&G jobs in OKC.

I feel sorry for OP and their delusion. One day the company will f--- you over too and you won’t be worth anything when you’re dropped out of your director’s protective wing. Kissing a-- will get you promoted more than skill at chk, but kissing a-- won’t get you hired at a real company when the time comes.

Nice. While reading the replies to your post keep in mind that there are not enough company assets to sell that could ever pay off the current debt load. Those let go this week could potentially be the last to ever receive separation packages as there may not be a dime left on the next go-round.

Correction. The problem isn't this site or those posting to it. It's people like you that actually think the it's going to get better now that another round occurred. Too much dead weight is left. You're probably one of them. Which means even more work for us now that good people are gone and now there's their work and yours to do.
