Yeah..more "buzzwordsalad" it was indeed. It is like me maxing out my credit cards then, when VISA, MC, and AMEX call for payment, I'll just tell them I'm "Resetting my economic model" in 2018, so all my woes will be magically erased and I'll become a billionaire by this year's end. No one can dish out word salad like our mgmt can. All of them, along with every member of the BOD'rs should be in handcuffs. They do nothing but steal every penny they can from the company. There seems to be ZERO oversight. It will never end. If you are young, don't waste your time at Mattel. Get a new job elsewhere. Best advice I can give.
