Ex Keebler rep here. My Walmart manager told me the same thing about us going warehouse about a month they told us. They announced our exit in February and Walmart was done in June. Target, Kroger, and a few others in July. And the rest the end of July.
It was a lot of fun not having to go to Walmart at the end. But obviously it didn’t last. I also got a new car the like 4 months before they announced so if that counts for anything.
All the contracts expire in April ,that's when all the major changes will start occurring. Product is already being sent to Walmart Warehouse as we speak, why would they need product in their warehouse if we were going to be still delivering it?
So how will DSD work without Walmart?
Sounds like the other's chains will follow shortly after
We will not leave DSD until krogers and other stores drop so getting your car now means nothing. It's only Walmart in April for now.

I've been reading through this page and it sounds like we are exiting soon.

I pick up my new car next week. Why would I be picking up a new car only to return it a month later
We will not be working the orders at Walmart! They are just not telling that part to us yet. By saying that this early that would mean we are leaving DSD and Krogers wont be far behind. Even my walmart manager has said we will not be servicing their store.

Sorry folks but it will happen. Ex Kellogg merchandiser speaking here. They did it to 15,000 of us and you all will be next. Kellogg clubs and town house crackers used to be 3.99 now 1.87 in stores. The idea of business is to make a profit. Get rid of the middle man (merchandiser) and they make a profit. Send your resumes out and be picky whose cookies and crackers you buy in the future. 30,000 of us plus family can make a bad dent in their profits.

a driver told me today they will be delivering to the Walmart warehouse in april not to the stores.
