Nothing stops at this point to bring in 4-6 new directors and derail qualcomm in some way or the other. Qualcomm BOD should/will realize this and seriously fix this here and now. 5G and NXP is not going to help. NXP is another show, just watch!
For Hock Tan, it is just a simple and easy paperwork. Nothing more than that while keeping the same key functions in Singapore. That is why we suspect him so much like a mole.

This is no a new thing. They had said they were going to register in Delaware for domicile reasons. May be to help the them with this deal who knows. But a Delaware registration is only on paper. What matters is the power and decision center and that probably stays where it is currently. Did you know almost every American corporation of repute is registered in Delaware for tax reasons? That doesn't mean a thing.
Will security concern review to be put on hold then ? They should not wasting tax payers money anymore.
Remember this news comes before voting. Clearly AVGO seems to have done complete analysis before the drama started.
