I was kicked off with the benefit of about five months payment-$35000. Those smart managers trim their team as much as possible, which will secure their positions. There will be no reason to fire them as lower quality and cheaper new guys will need their long time help.

Doctor Deming, the guru behind the Japanese miracle of high quality, once stated that a Managers main job was to insure the long term employment of his staff not to cut their way to some magic minimal staff number. Quality takes time and people who know what they are doing. Sean got rid of all the ones who knew what they were doing and left the s--- ups in place. The quality of ConAgra's products has gone to hell. I refuse to purchase any of it.
I remember when Sean told us that layoffs, such as he has done since he became CEO, would never result in the long term success of ConAgra.
