jim.t - technical and well respected. Need someone who doesn't blindly move things offshore ( geoshifting make me puke). Only cost was considered without thinking skillset, strategic location, operation efficiency, .... Do they even know how long it issues to transfer the build over the ocean?!

How about MC (PTE, now Ops -SVP). He is strong, acts as a bully, does lot of theatrics to intimidate junior level folks but pi$$es when goes to meet executives at N! He also seems to have an eye for top talent. Just look at all his top picks - VPs (KK, OM) and Sr Directors (SP, PB, )! Good for absolutely nothing!!!!
