Well it wasn't financial misconduct. The BOD was sure to let the world know that. So in this day and age and in particular Hernandez well known attitude toward people and women in general it isn't too hard to guess what took place and had been taking place for 5 years. The BOD won't say it because they already have enough egg all over their faces for allowing this type of behavior to go on for 5 years before they caught on. Talking about not being in touch with a situation and having the wool pulled over your eyes for 5 years. Nice going. Way to direct the ship.
Spot on analysis. Clean house and rid us of this current, exec cesspool. Retire, guys. Really. You have your money. Your brushes with so-called fame are abhorrent and indicative of your primary motivations. Sense of purpose, anyone? Get a new life and let Avid be reborn back to the true essence of technology. Stop posting star photos - the community laughs at you.
He screwed just about every employee who ever worked there while he was CEO, the exceptions being all the executives who bowed down and worshiped him, and were gutless "yes men" so they would keep their high salaried useless jobs. It was fun to watch but at the same time pathetic. Now these same executives are bad-mouthing him. Time for these folks to play up to the new CEO. But it won't work. He will catch on very quickly because it wasn't too long ago that he was doing the same thing. It does have entertainment value.
