Proxy votes must be in by midnight March 4th. The proxy vote totals will be combined with the attendee votes at the shareholder meeting March 5th. Seems like the results should be finalized on Tuesday. But how and when will investors and employees be notified? Will we all know the results Tuesday? I’m running out of fingernails to chew...
