Enrollment Requirements

Management is telling enrollment representatives there will be a required number they must enroll each month or they will be fired. Is that legal?

Now that they cut my pay down to 71k, they will get 71k worth of work. What a slap in the face. Show me the monthly minimum, thats all you'll be getting. That right there is how a once proud employee lost his desire to perform for his company. Bite me!

7, ha, no more q.c. and half the phone calls coming in are hang-ups. I had 45 calls last week alone and I bet 25 were hang-ups. The other calls were random people asking about programs we do not even offer and by the time I attempted to speak to them about our programs and what we do have to offer they too were hanging up. I will be lucky to hit 7 every month with the way our marketing campaign/lead distribution is going and with no more q.c. to actually qualify the lead and transfer them to the appropriate ER this is going to be rough. I am looking for a new job as I type this because I can see the writing on the wall is for real now, I cant believe this place has much of a future and if so, its going to be a very scary one at best. I also have a friend with ties to HR and they are talking about a date in June for layoffs again anyways! Ridiculous!

Now we have a standard greeting... how about focusing on standards with the new systems first and fix that first... we have a HLC visit in December... good luck with that because all of the experience peeps will be gone by then.... maybe that is what the new owners want.... no more UOP !!!!

But there is absolutely no reason for students to attend. Less expensive alternatives without the baggage of horrible reputation = perceived value elsewhere and not at UOPX. I don't know what the management team thinks they are doing because they sure don't be running the show.

The number is 7 and ERs will be required to retain 6 of their 7 starts ensuring a minimum of 85% retention. Now that all ERs make between 63-71k the director team is saying this is a reasonable expectation for all ERs and there will no longer be individual reps carrying teams or doubling up the performance of fellow reps.

Enroll anyone even without HS diploma! They want to impose a 3 day turnaround from first call to REGistration thats what UOP gets. More and more lawsuits.

Supposedly no number was given......yet. But management told ER’s it was coming very soon. I would guess 4-5 students each month as a minimum.
