In IT.......USD $110,250.00 + 15% Bonus. That is a Comp Ratio around 1.0.
PS - If you don't know your Comp Ratio, you should ask your Manager for what it is. They know and you should too. If you are near the top of the range, are over 40 and are not in promo discussions.....be scared.
It's like 125-135k +15% bonus at least
