Deans has lost Food Lion business will lose Walmart and Sams in mid west all sales force let go where is volume coming from??? Ripe for take over.

CEO and level below Ralph have zero leadership or sales experiences - changes needed as stock reflects the top leaders not the rest of team. troubling as lost all of Food Lion business due to Ralph saying he does not need customer to win- ok so he cares about no one as he also said that to WalMart - very sad to watch so run away and where is Board of Directors???

The mgr in Lynn has closed 4 plants. Lynn will most likely be #5. This is how poorly deans is run .
Couldn't agree more. The more you make, the dumber you are. They have no clue what it takes to run this business. This industry is not like many others. Not everything can make a profit.... but let's keep cutting and cutting, more and more from our customers. YOU CANNOT CUT YOURSELF INTO PROSPERITY.
The local management are just a bunch of "yes sir" people, no spine. People like Walt ward and Barbara need fired, immediately. They have ruined this company in just a few short years.
How about we get back to basics... deliver milk... satisfy the customers. And our business will grow itself. We don't need the high paid morons to ruin it to death. I'm a 20 year employee, got another 20 to go... I can't see this place being here for me to retire from. It's a great job, led by idiots.
