CIM worked very well in our club for the most part. It shouldn’t take more than 15 seconds to count a pallet or even roughly estimate it to update.

As a former audit team member and now center lead I’m going to miss it dearly. Made keeping track of your inventory so easy and quick. All we hear is to brace the technology and now it’s back to TLs doing it and shelf caps being eliminated.

It wasn’t a perfect system to do an audit based on the steel counts but if you were long 30 Tide pods when the print came out you would go do the research.

Extremely low shrink club for 5 past years now headed to a slap in the face .60 up from .17 last year.

Overnights and days worked great with and for each other on CIM and it was a small difference after Audut got booted. Now it’s just gonna be a nightmare.

Why would any nightcrew person care if the day leads have to pull a pallet down and count it. Daycrew does nothing to help cim They don't scan pallets out when they pull something down, They wont scan anything in most don't even know how to make a pallet tag so if leads struggle on doing audits too bad. If CIM wasn't so screwed up in every club this change probably wouldn't of happened but most clubs think CIM is only suppose to be done by night crew. Our day leads are the biggest joke in the company and have no clue how they have kept there jobs.

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard not to update pallets after stocked off of. Us teamleads wont be able to get the audits done correctly without others help. It's like there team work mentality went out the door.

As a lead responsible for these ridiculous monthly audits, it’ll be impossible to do them dayside now without having accurate counts on the pallet labels.

I heard its going to be simplified. No more automated pick list,no more updating pallets. Only worked good if everyone in the club used it correctly and don't know of any club whos cim was correct. Night crews are so shorthanded and over worked no way they can keep up with all that stuff. Before one of you smart asses on here pops off about how perfect your cim is id prefer not to hear from a club that only gets 1 Walmart trailer a night and a water truck and paper truck only 3 or 4 times a week . You don't know how lucky you are to only get that little amount of freight.

Why wouldn't you update the quantity? The program works great as long as you can get everyone to follow it.

It's not going away however if you stick off a pallet you no longer update the quantity before you re slot it
