Seems like there are many layers to the CCC that would benefit from a comprehensive review.

Seems to me they should just go ahead and close all the offices. That's where Tipsord is leading us. Down the road to financial ruin.
I hate to say this, but it's pretty clear that State Farm was a more successful company when it was being run with little regard for how much we spent. We wasted a lot of money, but we handled our core business well.
