Mr. Hager....you should be the first to go. Your lack of strategy and your ability to lead from behind is one of the MAJOR issues here. You announce your big 2020 plan. Not sure if you realize but you are setting out a 24 month plan. So, I guess. Great Short term vision. The lack of leadership is the issue.
