Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Fidelity 401K

Today, Wednesday, I am finally able to access the Fidelity/Honeywell 401k website. I don't know if this is corporate wide or is being made available in stages.

Is Honeywell Fidelity 401K site down today? I can log in but then I get a spinning wheel? Anyone else has this issue today?

Regarding Question: How could Honeywell allow it to happen? It is a standard operating procedure. Honeywell had nothing to do with it other than electing the custodian change. Anytime a plan custodian changes there will be a blackout period. Info was sent prior to the change to alert all plan members of the changes, and the blackout period was noted. Blaming the company and saying they do not prioritize employees is simply false in this case. There are many reasons to dig on Honeywell, but this isn't one of them. We are much better off having Fidelity as the plan custodian.

Look like the 401k match has stop after the move to Fidelity.

I checked my account and there were no problems.

BUT......I can not believe that we did not have access to our accounts for 1 week.

Question: How could Honeywell allow this to happen?

Answer: Employees are not a priority.

The financials seem OK, but the beneficiaries and phone number were wrong.

Check your accounts and elections. I’m hearing several employees say some of their information is wrong and didn’t transfer over correctly.
