CEO Needs to Step Down

Stock prices will go extremely lower once the market opens due to the bad earnings report yesterday. Steven Temares needs to step down as CEO due to his lack of vision and leadership. He’s been stagnant in his position for way too long.

They will take ST out or he will be allowed to walk out but not empty handed. Too bad 880 hard working and loyal employees had to suffer because of BBB being mismanaged. They should have kept dept mgrs and let ASM’s go that would have saved so much more money!

You can tell everyone is on edge today. How much lower can stocks fall without further cuts taking place? This Company is so focused on the bottom line, it’s staffing in the stores is almost zilch in my district. If customers don’t get the service they expect from us, they leave and go elsewhere. Shelves can’t stay stocked and we have no cashiers to run the lines down, so floor coverage has to backup for the majority of the day. I’ve always been a loyal employee, but this is getting out of hand.
