For all you to think that it’s staying you really need to think hard and long Humana at home is leaving it’s closing , i am one of the rids, I can honestly say that I feel so free and happy to be away from that horrible work environment there is life after Humana I just have to tell you that it was one horrible door closed which was Humana three beautiful open doors ahead of me await. I have a great new boss who appreciates every little thing that I do I am independent and I’m trusted because I am a registered nurse with a degree and deserve that respect as of all of you too. Good luck with all your endeavors but don’t be depressed

Humana is not hiring anyone at this time as they are in negotiations with WalMart. Once WalMart buys Humana, you all will be expected to work from your own card table at the front of your local WalMart store. The goal: To be be responsible for not only greeting the customers and explaining the Wally-at-Home program. And you will be required to sign-up 25 new members for the Healthy Foods card program. Wally-at-Home wants you to personalize your card table and you will be able to choose your own flower display. At Christmas, you could be the winner of a free oil change & tire rotation. This is great as Humana never did anything - no turkeys, no bonuses, no ice-cream gift certificates, etc. Just cheap, generic certificates.

do the math, folks, people were released in March, though the last day was April...and hah is more than just the CMs. Though, the CMs don’t seem to acknowledge or accept or care they’re part of a team of others to assist the members

No hiring this year due to redesign in Humana. Some spots to fill in for tricare government might appear due to a contract and vacancies need to be filled .The RIF total and then resignations aligned with plan.

Please. No one believes that HAH is hiring. For one we can all see current job postings and there are NONE for HAH. Coaches just did another PITA. And all members are being moved to monitored. Saying they are hiring literally right after the last RIF term date is just an attempt to make people more upset that just lost their jobs. Quit trolling.

As we move many members to monitored and they decide what they’re going to do with the CRCM people we will have plenty of staff and not enough members

So April 9 was the term date. You’re saying that during the 9 days (7 business days) between April 9 and yesterday when you posted, that HAH realized they let too many go, revved up hiring process, and started hiring for HAH again, complete with new offers already in writing by yesterday ?

Yes, this is true. And there are those who have left for greener pastures who are trying to come back. Some will call it change some will call it damage, regardless, this company and every other healthcare company will continue to evolve going forward. Whether you consider the changes a company goes through as either "good" or "bad" has a lot to do with your vantage point and whether or not it benefits you directly or indirectly.
