same time allow this board to continue .Tom Horton stated in January quote " NXP is all buttoned up" just waiting on the Chinese New Year to pass and we will get approval.Broadcom quote "is not even in the ballpark" with their offer Really ?????? The board took away the right of the share holders vote on Broadcom seating new board members by influencing CFIUS and shutting things down.
Fast forward 2 months and PJ after being thrown off the board wants to take the company private with FOREIGN INVESTORS.
