Some thoughts
50% reduction?? - that can will kill any project right away, not just this one
50% transfers?? - from where and to where??
Geographical relocation or site site closures?
Do they mean there will be site consolidation for server project?
And folks from other sites will be either let go or asked to relocate??
Lot of innuendo, no clear information or answers
