Exec Turnover Again

Since two posts have been deleted with this guy's initials, what do we think of the recent collect millions and run exec turnover? The org has no sales prospects, is losing customers etc prompting this maybe?

"Get Helldee plans thinking about this thinking about that, insert buzzword, AI, big data etc." pay up share and ECP then leave...

Haven't seen so much excitement in MSM at "The deleted initials" guy leave. Feels like it's early 2012 before he joined. I wish our fearless leader in AS does not commit the same mistake and takes a chance on some of the previous leaders... I can think of one...first name rhymes with Prom.

The executive team is now all male and all primarily all white (with the exception of one person). This is a silo in itself and does not reflect the customer base we serve. Will this silo be addressed, too?

The employee satisfaction surveys are NOT anonymous.

They don't assign names to the results/themes, but if a question comes up about a particular employee response, poor manager/leader/department score totals, they can access all of the surveyor's information. This is archived and can be accessed at any time by HR, Internal Communications, Legal, and Employee Relations.

I must say, I am intrigued by the customer silo-busting, but it won't work until the internal business unit silos are busted first. Anyone with any travel transportation experience knows that silos are the core of the Sabre culture. I can't tell you how much executive infighting and posturing for CEO attention I have witnessed. I think it might Sabre's premise for Game of Thrones.

I think part of the ground rules for the site are that you don't identify individuals by name or by so much information that a single individual can be identified.

I do find it interesting that this site has deleted some posts. Did it get too real???? There were over 1000 views so perhaps Sabre HR or the Execs still in power read it, didn’t like it and asked it to be deleted. Too bad for this is the only forum where we can be honest for if you speak up against Sabre Next or any of the Get In The Boat BS then you sign your own death sentence for the next layoffs. Does anyone remember when the last Employee Survey was conducted???? Does it even matter?
