So, we know that six or seven call centers are "relocating" to home based agents... for now at least. Any word on when the rest of the centers plan on doing this?

The lifeboats are gone. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. BGCO centers are NOT any more safe than any other areas in the company.
BGCO centers will never go HBA or be outsourced. Those are your lifeboats.
You will know when they show up at your center!! But yes... all of them will be converted to hba. It saves the company millions of dollars and they get rid of the majority of senior managers and sups.
