Does anyone know what the current severance package for the employees that were laid off?

Today someone posted that there is no more severance being paid out to front line staff. Good luck people. Keep drinking the Kool Aid. You'll be fine. Especially you nurses since there's a nursing shortage. You can easily get a new job, so why leave Molina? Why not stick around and be part of the sick and sad situation? One Molina til the wheels fall off!
I think severance packages very greatly depending on what your position was. And the Termination Agreement specifies that you are not allowed to divulge the details of your severance pay, so it is unlikely that you will get any accurate information here.
What he just said....and again...this is our current talent pool. SMH
Yes you can be rehired but why would you want to if you’re laid off? Duh
These comments tho! Hahahahahaha
The severance package is HIT THE BRICKS. COFFEE IS FOR CLOSERS.
