Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Since SAP migration our business unit went to sh--. Lost partners and with all the freebies partners still won’t come back.

2017 we had 5 million dollars in lost business and we were short almost 2 million first qtr 2018.

I’m sure sales will be chopped

Too many of us and we are not growing how the company expects. Honeywell sure knows how to buy up profitable companies and turn them into sh--.

Don't blame the SAP tools. It is HON mgmt that demanded that SAP be modified to incorporate inefficient, legacy processes. SAP only works when a business modifies it's processes to work with the tools. The failures are all on HON mgmt and the ridiculous need to "keep everything the same" The changes made to SAP actually made us even more inefficient!

HON "leaders" are not interested or capable of running a successful business. They buy successful companies then s--- the money and value out of them then dump the carcass. Soon HON will join GE in the dumps while all the senior execs are all rich as fck
