My mole told me that Principal and above will lose their PTO time very soon:
All outstanding PTO will be paid in cash
No further accrual, PTO will be granted per manager discretion
Any confirmation? And how long before this filters down to everyone else?

This is true but now we have flexible time off which in theory means we can take as much as we want. For me, doesn't look like such a good deal since i'm over 10 years and therefore get the max of 5 weeks per year. Might be hard pressed to take that much will current workload.
