How can MPs show a peer average moc above 70% when everyone I know is red? Seems to be some special math at play here.

Good point, below poster. My coach gets upset / very obviously stressed at questions that may be tough to answer, or if the status quo is questioned in any way, but I suppose we must at least try.
SKgmZdI-1nat Just ask! We're all professionals here, we should be able to respectfully ask questions about anything we don't understand. Tell your coach you don't quite understand what you're seeing and would appreciate some help figuring it out. If your coach gives you a hard time for asking then go to your COM. If your COM does the same, go to your Director. Please don't take offense to what I'm about to say because I am in no way trying to attack, belittle, or hurt you. Flying under the radar is a cop out. If there truly are serious problems within your team as you seem to be hinting by your post, then speak up. Follow the chain of command to resolve them. If you do nothing, nothing changes.
No one on our team is able to help others because we are all in the red. Someone told me not to look at the MPS because it will only frustrate me. No matter, because I feel frustrated everyday when I open my HCAT roster.
That’s good advice but the reality is, people don’t question it because doing so puts you in the radar with your coach. Lately, everyone I work with is doing their best to fly under the radar as much as possible.
Ask your supervisor for the data. Then ask questions about how that data was collected/whats all included.
