If they are delayed till end of project , then it’s just a matter of WHEN, and not IF.. It will take many quarters for the chip to commercialize and possibly make money - will management hold out on layoffs till then ?

Raleigh layoffs are delayed until firetail is done (around Oct/Nov) time.
