I’m fortunate enough to work with Agents and there are some who are mediocre for sure. However, that’s the beauty of it...they only harm themselves if they’re lazy. It’s their dime and reputation. Unlike the Corporate SF where the lazy ones bring everyone else down.
Agents are an out dated concept, but the majority of them work hard and help the company. In other words, don’t hate the player, hate the game. Also hate the OP, he’s a piece of sh--.
