Are any VRP takers having issues with United Healthcare since we had to switch Mercer Marketplace in January? If so, please let me know if/how you were able to resolve it. I’ve paid every month the UH premiums to Mercer, and the doctor bills keep getting rejected as having no coverage. Mercer says we are covered, and UH says we are not and they won’t speak to each other. Insane....

67 instances since new time keeping in Oakland. No answers or immediate resolutions from management. HR has no clue what's going on and often doesn't return calls. Company makes it seem like it's no big deal.
I'm taking to a lawyer already these idiots can't get dates correct.

To anyone with VRP Cobra or Altice Cobra. Is anyone who recently had a doctors appointment getting a call or letter explaining they do not have active insurance coverage? I received this call from my doctors office and know of another ex employee with the same issue.
We filed a complaint with The Federal Department of Labors, EBSA Department.
Issue resolved in a week.
