With the newly formed full time positions why are full time hours never reduced to base they say are guaranteed 30 .. why do they all still get 40 hours? Their hours never seem to be reduced

You can generally get hours in my store, but you will be up to your eyeballs in b--ch work no one else would touch. Quickly will you see why your coworkers are most often indifferent to the hours cuts, or even asking to (i.e. declaring they will) leave. Any real favoritism is based on work outpit because that is less for your management to contend with.
If the original full timers are guaranteed 30 hours why are their hours never cut? Never
Yet I don’t see them cleaning fitting rooms, rad/ran and the other duties they push off to the part time mcas
They let it pile up until the pt mca is scheduled again and try to say it was busy the night before
liquidation......... The new full time positions in this area are not commission positions , just hourly. $10 an hour , 4 days a week 10 hours a day with paid lunch and breaks. Our minimum wage is $9.25. Our local store is not on any "official" list for closure , however they are hiring these full time employees and it's being made clear that these positions are TEMPORARY in nature, end January 2 and they are not being offered by Sears Holdings , they are being offered by a staffing company.
Well at least the third their in the below post was used correctly....
I would say because their is some type of favoritism still in some stores with associates. In my store their is bias treatment some getting more hours and better shifts despite they are not contributing as much as others. The full timers still left in my store will cut their own hours to 30 to give to the part timers, but still doesnt do enough for everyone else to help and support the overall team.
