We don’t need the ok of the company to get a union in NOV. WE JUST HAVE TO BE SMART ABOUT IT AND START SPREADING THE WORD.

Time to bring this up. NOV likes to keep salaries and increases secret so in insiders can get more money than those of us doing the real work. It just might be time to think about a Union for protection, as we see we are all “At will” numbers.

It protects private sector employees’ right to engage in “concerted activity for mutual aid or protection” and “organize a union to negotiate with [their] employer concerning [their] wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.” In several states, the law explicitly protects the rights of workers to discuss their wages.
