From what HR told us yesterday, there will be 3 waves of lay offs in Guatemala. The first being on june 01, the second one on june 29 and they didnt told us about the third one, but I guess it just a matter of who is left at that point.
From corporate, they'll be moving all IT operations to India... So probably they'll close entire sites over here in the next couple of months.

Hello from USA. We are very very sorry about this. People truly are wondering about the direction of things. We love working with GUAT but I'm pretty sure all GUAT resources are being phased out.. even in SBU/VP level. In USA we remember when all our friends jobs moved to GUAT, and new the same thing is happening to you.
anyone with information about UPS? from UPS none of us were let go.
Wish they would just be direct with everyone and tell us we will definitely be unemployed on this and that date; at least that would give us peace of mind...
