It's AP phase in whole...not just AP ASM phase. It's a 4 phase transformation. Phase 3 has already leaked. It will be the cash office that AP ASMs take over. Phase 4 will be the end of external apprehensions for APAs...
Its either going to be taking over the front end or taking over the whole backroom (CAP 1 CAP 2).
