A SRG property. A few years ago they converted the auto center to a Nordstrom's Rack and about 37,000 sq feet of the first floor to a Whole Foods. Good Mall with good traffic. I really thought this store would survive. I guess Seritage thought differently.

All a facade, Sears had zero intention to continue operating at that site. Likewise for any other divided stores.
