I think it is reprehensible that the Farm simply is not updating EIP. Even if it is negative tell the full truth

The EIP program has been revamped. There is an individual part. Your areas cist reduction part and the company's sales reslut part. Even if the company's sales payout is zero you still have the other 2 parts to get money. Provided you do well in your review and your area reduces costs.
Only one part of the bonus is tied to company results. The other portion is based on individual results. So if you are a Prof/Technical employee with the standard R2/C2 you get 5% regardless of company results.
Run the calculator. Even at zero % a bonus amount showed for me.
EIP at zero is a huge indicator of the state of things. SF does the majority of the business first, second and the beginning of the third quarter. If things continue this way into second quarter u can guarantee EIP will be 0 for the year.
How low can we go....my guess is so low, there will be no coming back.
It is 0%!!! So much for the “I” in eip for incentive. I’m sure it will be canceled soon.
They just updated it.
It's updated if go into it and results. It shows through March.

Oh, EIP will be very bad. The worst part is that it is supposed to be an incentive and unless they re-vamp the program, it is going to be a very big disincentive. Moral is already in the crapper so they will want to wait as long as possible to break the bad news. In this case, I think no news is not good news....
It is probably so bad it’s a negative number – all of the employees are going to have to pay the company instead of the other way around!
