Executives do realize moral s---s right? Let's see all that stock I got when DL became ceo got slashed in value, the stock options I got are worth zero, and the bonus was the lowest yet after an acomplished year. Other companies are growing and chk is stagnant. Told my brothers fiancé's Parents I Worked For CHK, he said Oh I'm Sorry, and she just stared in horror. If we make shareholder value we wouldn't have a 3 dollar stock price. Chk pays the same as their peer DL claims. But if I get options worth zero, and an EOG gall Gets options/stock that goes up because they actually make money, well now I was just under compensated vs the peers. We're sick of the bull $hit Doug. Don't say how we create shareholder value as the stock bounces to a new 52 week low. If I would have told that little old lady chk was the "stock to own" she'd have lost her home and be living on the streets. Doug shame on you.

I believe you are talking about moral(e), and their is no moral obligation on Chesapeake's part to see that morale is good for it's employees.

The only department in CHK with poor moral is I.T. It is horrible everywhere. Something needs to be done as they are dragging others down. Complaining and hating on other departments who are turning this company around.

A huge fan of our BOTS. We raised a complaint in drilling in March. 1 month later, we have BOTS in and trust me, I will never get the time back on the SH*^ work I had to do that now our BOTS are doing.

I worked in IT at chk for 4 years I have done more work at my new position in a month than I did the entire time at chk. Everything you all think about IT is true they truly sit around and do nothing. Lots of meetings and talking!!!! I mean we all watched at least 15 IT people for years eat breakfast for 2 hours each day and seemed fine with it.

My teams experience with the RPA group has been very positive. They're a no-nonsense, fast, efficient team. Our project was done in a month and saved a full time person's work. I'm glad it's not an I.T. based group as we would never get our projects done. Poor attitudes, red tape is all we have in I.T.

@STIOpDy-xpl The bots aren't putting anyone out of work. Have you personally met with anyone from the RPA group? They're idiots. I know an engineering tech who could write a simple Excel macro that would automate the dim witted decisions of RPA's leadership. It's laughable how little command they have over the power of the technology they wield. They stated to my team that they "didn't yet know how to utilize this software, but it's very promising. We hope to understand it soon." within the last 120 days. They don't pose a threat to anyone. Moreso, they won't have jobs once the exec team realizes they've handed the keys of their most important project to a group of people who think Blue Prism will achieve sentience and do the work for them.

This post is 100% accurate. If they don’t have any idea of the state of morale across the company then shame. But then again when you’re making the money they do, who cares. They’ve completely destroyed departments and management could care less about us survivors and our morale or careers, especially my management. All they are are Yes Men. Can’t wait to get out of here and quick faking like all is well. It’s so sad but this place has become a joke.
