Build your own manager with Machine Learning and AI

Today I cracked open my machine learning book and was very happy to read that most companies predict middle management will be replaced by AI. I was so motivated by it that I decided to join the club and start a new github project for that specific purpose.

If you are dissatisfied with your boss why not just build your own? Build it to your liking. Machine learning and AI are much better at performing management tasks without the bias, preferential treatment and all other BS associated with middle mgmt. Check out how Hitachi has already started replacing mgmt with AI.

My question to you is: how would you feel if your mgr was a robot?

Once you are finished building your manager you should build your gf to your own liking.

The manager being a robot is a great idea! As long as you are doing your work and recording your results what's the difference if the robot is human or a machine? There are a lot of "virtual" robot managers around anyway that don't do much more than that and have such poor reasoning ability that they just may as well be robots. A "robot" is really an old concept from the last century, all one has to do nowadays is just log or record one's work into some application that can validate it and that's all that's really needed. An overall supervisor, a human, that actually works doing supervisor workcan keep an eye on things to see that everything is working okay.

Well Alexa is pretty nice and answers all my questions. Most human managers find a business speak non answer politically correct way to answer. A robot might be a refreshing change.
