NXP has nothing to do with data center server business.
Also, if I recall there was some investment in china related to server, no ?
I believe that is probably assuming NXP goes through and they gain "substantial" market share in automotive and iot ?
What part of that 19b is from server is still a question.

Nobody will buy the server group. Q has proven that sh-- aren't going to fly. Same is true for many other projects that are going to get shut down.
Is there a deadline by which the division needs to be sold, else will get canned?
I wonder if the sale of the server division reduces the value of remaining Qualcomm enough that Paul Jacobs can buy and turn private
