Ltts guys are staying in ltts and not atfected. They can't be absorbed in new company unless they resigned before 30 April.
I can't able to take names. Some llts top employees probably can be able to take huge increments last month.
I think that LTTTS IL guys got the best deal.
Got the full 5 salaries package, same benefits ( minus RSUs) and more job security than the Cisco/permira bunch.

IL ltts is splited in opinion. Money till Permira sells it next year vs Career for lifetime
