Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

MH on CNBC Today

Nothing ever ceases to amaze me when I see MH BS his way through an interview. Here are some of his outrageous comments that are misleading at best.

  1. MH reiterates that Oracle will grow revs double digits this calendar year. Really??? Oracle has had flat revs for the last 5 years.

  2. MH claims that the Company's EPS is strong. Yes, EPS has improved, but not because of sales. EPS expansion has only benefited from cost cutting (layoffs) and a significant increase in stock buybacks.

  3. Regarding the SaaS business, MH claims that Fusion "is growing at 60% plus" and Oracle is "gaining material material amounts of market share" in Fusion and Netsuite. These statements are, in my opinion, materially false and that is why Oracle has guided down in cloud revenue projections over the past quarters. My favorite comment was when MH stated that Oracle has "a fantastic lead" right now in the cloud space. Lead over who?

MH failed to mention the impact of cloud washing at the Company.

I see 6 nose touches too.

A lot of hand-waving in front of his face that looks odd.

Looks skinny, suit and shirt too big.

Compare with last year here. Looks a lot more confident a year ago.

I counted at least 6 different nose touches in that 4:00+ minute clip. Also, LOL at the part near the end where MH says no single cloud player has 50% of the market yet, and Oracle volunteers to be that 50% player. In your and the other two stooges' dreams, MH!

Touching One’s Nose = signalling a lie in progress.

Among the most common signs of lying is the nose touch. It seems that the nose touch is connected to the original mouth covering gesture that is so obvious in children. Because adults are more conscious about body signs that they are displaying, the hand is quickly pulled away from the mouth, which results in a quick nose touching gesture.

You can tell the difference between a “normal” nose itch, and a nose touch that is from the signs of lying – the simple itch will be satisfied with rubbing or scratching, but won’t be satisfied with just a light touch, and this is what happens when the person is lying.

Once again, if the speaker is the one who displays the nose touch gesture, it means he could be lying.

He’s signaling that he’s lying through his nose!

Truly bizarre video. Some of our acquired SaaS businesses don’t show any growth? Where is the logical follow up question “then why on earth did you acquire them?”

And what’s with MH touching his nose every few seconds - who is he signaling with that?

It’s his job to lie so LE doesn’t have to. His comp includes a jail premium.

Just like DJT, they have found they can lie without faces any consequences for it.

Lie, lie, lie..... who's going to actually do anything about it..... no one

He's the biggest fraud ever hired by LE. :) I even had an email exchange with LE. That guy is also hilarious, and delusional.
