With Jeff out, and Carl and company in, what are the chances we'll see major restructuring & layoffs over the next few months? We only have 1 supplier of office engines (FX), so now that we are driving a wedge, real or perceived, between Xerox and Fuji Xerox, will we be able to get any IOTs in the future?

The relationship will continue, it's a cash cow for FX, why would they want to stop providing you with IOT's. If you don't think FX was taking advantage of this situation, you are wrong. Xerox was their golden goose with orders. You should expect layoffs and restructuring, the company is a mess. Their 1st line and senior management has to go. They've created a toxic environment that won't be turned around quickly. Strap on the boots and get ready for 1-2 years of turmoil.
