If you think you will be laid off beacause of your skin color, nationality, origin, relegion, and age filing an EEOC claim (before you are out) may provide protection.

lol thats certainly not a good career move.
keeping your head down, not speaking up, avoiding conflict.. that is a much safer play than putting your name on a gov. complaint
