New Jersey just past a law requiring all Companies in New Jersey, to pay their employees for sick days. About time.

PTO is for vacation. Paid sick time is for a Team Member that is sick or taking care of a sick child. I know of TM's that come to work sick because they will not get paid if they don't work.
I’m assuming it’s the same as in MA you are not gaining any hours just 40 hours with no points.

Isn’t that what PTO was for did they not have PTO in New Jersey before this?
