It's really sad what happened to once great company that I actually felt proud to work for. God, has that changed in the past couple of years.
I really wish something changes and we start to recover, but I highly doubt it. The way things are going, we are doomed.
The company is too far behind the 8 ball in a business sense. Logistics is out control. Inventory. Shrink. Rtv and return costs. Management and district staff payroll. It’s all out of this world. 40% profit decreases on flat sales. There’s no end. Stock keeps going even further. Credit slashes. You can forget it.
A good company wouldn’t put people on PIPs that don’t deserve it and that happened way before the layoffs. Hello 2009?
Good God let it go. It s---ed. We are all aware. Stop dwelling on it.
